Daily maintenance of the tyre

The daily tire maintenance and the timely problem discovery and treatment are very important for keeping the normal technical status and lengthening the service life. The drivers have to obey the Five-do’s:
Check the pressure frequently. The tire pressure must be up to the standard. The checking can prevent the tire from the damage caused by the abnormal pressure. If the pressure is low: the tire distorts, the tire temperature rises rapidly, the tire becomes soft, so the tire surface will wear abnormally, the cord yarn loosens, breaks, shoulder cracks and the body grinded badly. If the temperature is high: the cord yarn is under more stress and the anti-flexural property descends, so the tire surface will wear abnormally, and tire wearing and tire burst will happen. At the same time, the co-loading tire can make the single tire overloaded caused by the uneven pressure.
Check the tire temperature frequently. Especially in summer, to avoid the tire broken by high pressure and heavy fatigue caused by the high temperature.

Dig the coprolites frequently. The drivers should check and clean the coprolites and sundries in the wheel tread to avoid the pressure in the tread bottom and stabbing base glue when driving and the crack will extends under flexural property.

Check the wear and tear frequently. To ensure the remaining tread depth is in the proposed depth. Once the abrasive loss happens, the new tire must be replaced for fear of danger. At the same time, the side tire must be checked, if the tire has abnormal swell or severe scuffing, it must be stopped to avoid the severe damage.

Fill in the small hole frequently. If the small hole is found on the tire surface, please fill in the hole by crude rubber to avoid the sediment invading the cord yarn and the thrust.
